Yeah, wiki's photo is really disgusting - I didn't now how they produce it so when I saw it I was a bit surprised too Obviously you don't have these grainss in your kefir

It tastes quite like a natural yoghurt but has a consistency of liquid so you can easily drink it. Depending on manufacturer its more or less sauer
