well i have pretty much given up on red meat through out this diet. Replacing it with alot of cabbage soup and rice as well as salads. now to retrain myself slowling to eat smaller portions of food. Which i will do by making sure i use a smaller plate and taking less food at each sitting. I also gave up pop drinking more natural juices and stuff . I hope this weight loss trend keeps up
