It's an easy costume though.

• White hooded sweatshirt
• White pants (I prefer white long johns)
• Piece of white poster board
• Cotton balls
• String
• Glue

1. Glue a bunch of cotton balls to the hood of the white sweatshirt or use some form of white hat.
2. Put on the white pants and the sweatshirt.
3. Tie a the string around your waste and allow one end to dangle down to your feet.
4. Cut two arm holes in the poster board. Warp it around you and close it up with some tape or staples.

If anyone asks, because some people won't get it at first, just tell them you have a card board applicator, a cotton top and then hold up the string. They will suddenly get a big smile and women laugh much harder then men.
