Exploring new niches to market

Yeah being female and not really into "snizz" personally it is super boring to keep pushing things like boobs and blowjobs.

I've always had to find things a little more odd just to keep it interesting for me. Back in the day all this did was make it more difficult due to the way niche sites would disappear so often. If they had all stayed active and paid me, I'd probably be making like 10x more money than I do now. But it always made things tough. Not to mention niches sites were usually terrible in the members area too.

In today's industry, there are so many options to send traffic to pretty solid programs, it is much easier to be creative.

I agree, wasn't it you that gave out the idea of the whole cosplay niche? I still think thats a genius idea and could work out wonderfully if the legality of it is clear and fine. Niches, micro-niches, there's so many, pick your spots and do em well.

There was a website out there called "Deviant Desires" and she had this mapping of the how all the different 'fetishes' and the derivatives they had ..down to micro niches. It was a great source of information. But after reading this tread, I went to look for it and found the domain up for sale.
Too bad really, it had great explanations of the "main" fetishes then the offshoots thereof.

The most important thing in my opinion as a content girl/website owner is to simply LOVE what you do, and that then comes out in your work. That is what I attribute my success to over the years.

The cumshot/milf genres are two of the more saturated ones, yet in this day of declining sales; I keep raising my prices and sales keep increasing.

Yep, another one bites the dust.

Soooo many sites went away in the last couple years. It is almost sad.

I wonder if the new entries into this industry are more than those who have gone away.
