Express thumnail is a shareware. 40 bucks to buy.

It's completely free and works great. http://www.fookes.com/ezthumbs/ The exit link is still pointing to http://www.thereliablesite.com/1/Ebony/yahoo.com when it probably should be pointing to http://www.yahoo.com/ I agree with MML, link the text above and below the banners. Good site though, I'd list it.
