Thanks for the heads up. I've been using that same domain for a while and haven't had a problem.
Even with the private whois on my domains I'm slammed with spam and scammers. I could only imagine if it was public, I'd have people at my door.

My WHOIS is public and real. No one has ever showed up at my door. I once got an unsolicited phone call from a SEO firm. That's all the damage that's been done, and I've been doing this since '02. You'll get a ton more spam by printing your email addy on web pages and through sponsors (and their asshole reps) selling your email, than you will via your WHOIS.
