We went out for lunch for Toni's birthday and I stand by my earlier comments, this is the worse I have ever seen in snow.

This area just isn't prepared for the amount of snow we got. That city bus is still stuck 1 block away and no one has worked on it since 9am so I think it will be there a while. Right now there is a front loader working on one of the side streets that are level, I guess the streets that run up/down the hills are on their own.

So it looks like 2 more days at home at least....

Oh wait, we had all those hurricanes when you moved here and haven't had any since.

Nah, we aren't missing Florida. We love it here...we are just spoiled on states & cities knowing what they are doing with the snow when they get it.

Have you been talking to my mother? She said the same thing. We thought moving here would bring the volcanos, not the snow.
