Star man, your list is older than mine, but with that said, I set my rules up and I have stuck to them. You have to, or else people will abuse them left and right. As it is plenty of faulty submits come in and well I have no mercy for those that continue to try and beat the system. Dont be afraid of rejecting submits. Your site, your loyal submitters and your surfers will be better for it.
