I'm going to make sure I exercise,eat right,and.....cut back on smoking cigs this year.That oh so arrogant feeling of invincibility because I'm in my 20's is dying down now that I'm headed for 30 in a few months.
I started lifting weights today for the first time in 2 years and it felt good to get back into it.I just hope my motivation lasts
