South Beach Diet is the....

REAL DEAL!!!

I know I know, Diet's, blah... I didnt talk too much about it because I wanted two weeks to go by before I said anything, well first of all this diet is so damn easy I didnt realize that 2 weeks passed on Wed. I jumped on the scale 2 weeks and 2 days into it (today, Friday). And just about dropped dead, 17 1/2lbs down and best part is, that was after breakfast, etc and later in the day, I usually weigh in in the AM.

The diet is pretty easy, Im never hungry anymore (the first 2 days were a bitch), I dont crave the crazy snacky shit, etc.

Either way, here's the link if you want to look at the book, it's cheap and if your looking to rip off a few pounds before Vegas 2k4 Im gonna say Im pretty confident that this is gonna help.

Everyone is different but lord knows I hate diets, never stick to them, but this one's a bit different for whatever reason.

I'm doing Atkins, they are pretty much the same diet, both low carb. I've lost 15 pounds.

I've just started atkins and I really am a carb freak..didnt realize it till I started the diet a few days ago..
I'm ok at work..but here at home..they call my name..driving me nuts!!

Being a vegetarian I would never be able to do that diet, but then again being a vegetarian I don't have a problem with weight as long as I stay active.

Speaking of vegetarians…

A new real nice vegetarian restaurant just opened a few blocks from me. I finally got one of my meat eating friends to dine there with me yesterday and we both loved it. I was surprised at the fact that it is a big restaurant and that we needed reservations. Guess there are a lot more vegetarians down here then I thought.

Yeah Atkins and South beach are similar, only big differance is your less likely to have a heart attack from the saturated fat increase you get from the Atkins diet. South Beach is easy for me because I love chicken can eat it just about anyway possible.
