Juggling Time Between projects ??

I haven't been as productive as I'd like the past year so I've been thinking about getting a new Franklin Planner. I used to live by one in my former career so much that my old boss would fuck with me by stealing it, then call me into an unexpected meeting. After 5minutes of paging me I'd walk into a room full of laughing people with my planner on the table.

I think I need it again. Then 3 times a day I'll go through my to do list. Once to start the day, once around lunch to review how I'm doing and again at the end of the day to make up tomorrow's list.

When editing code or doing design I'm terrible and have to shut things out but a lot of my day could be better spent.
