Without partner accounts, you won't do too well submitting tgp galleries. Those days are over.
 Of the partner accts i have still available to the public for free, the 3 smutguy mentioned are good, as well as http://www.bulldoglist.com/ The others either no longer accept new accts or moved to paid. |
