Not sure on the timetable but here's a few:
EZA Cash - main page blank

Player Bucks - goes to a domain park
First Nude - goes to a domain park
Dark Red Cash - goes to a domain park
Boob Dollars - went to Amateur Video Cash

Finally Fat Pockets - who ripped people off a few years back.
I noticed when checking some of my PPC ads a little while ago that somebody was running ads for one of their sites. When I went and checked their was an apology, and everything seemed to be working again. When I checked after reading this post they are apparently updating their sites, but all their WM pages are full of database errors.
