Take a photo of your models holding up their license next to their face.

Also, have a long and serious talk to everybody that is thinking about appearing in your videos. They need to realise that once it's out there, there's no getting it back. Will they be happy if their family finds out? Are they willing to have this in their background? Will it jeopardise their employment?

Making a DVD is a difficult option because you have to consider the problems of meatworld distribution. Then again, doing websites is not as easy as it used to be.

And yeah, get a lawyer, join the Free Speech Coalition.

My releases have always stated. I shot it and paid you for it and I own it and will do whatever I want to do with it. The End

Trust me 9 times out of 10 they will come back to you at some point if it goes on line to have it taken down or some shit like that. Make sure your release gives you the rights to it lock stock and barrel.

Now if your looking to monitize some of your clips in the short run or to use them the drive traffic to your paysite then you should consider checking into http://www.clipclinic.com

And if any of you are looking for something different to promote then here it is. I needed a new project so Ive been tasked with taking this thing out of beta and putting it on the map.
