The movies load fine for me.
It's the same encoder I've used for all my sites (Windows Media Video 9). I haven't changed anything!

I am not sure what it is they load up but just wont play tried it several times.

I've changed them into wmv's ... could you please try one more time ?

Yes ... but I won't use them anymore ... from now on I will encode them into wmv's
