Am I really the only one who sees that page as being nearly illegible? All of the small links are difficult to make out over that horrendous background.

I'm with you on that. I don't like any BG image where you can see it tile anyways.

If you want to keep a BG image, I'd suggest that the inside of the table be a solid color. It would be easier on the eyes, and readable.
