Do I have to use a different type of banner or is there something I am not seeing?

You cant use a sponsor hosted banner so you will need to change that to get listed. Here is a list of the rules http://www.link-o-rama.com/greenguy/therules.htm

Cool. Thanks for the clarification. I guess I misunderstood it and thought that meant only hotlink the pics or movies for a site.
