We had a preliminary quote for a high efficiency electric furnace of 3k and that surprised me because it's only $600 dearer than a standard electric furnace. The price does not include the heat pump necessary to go with it though. We won't have the full quote for a few days.

That's a cool idea Cleo but who drives around in a hurricane? Maybe you could try fitting one to the Corvette and give us an update on its effectiveness
