He was down for about 15 minutes about when you put in this note due to a dual hard drive fault on the machine he's on. Both have been replaced, raid sets mirrored without problems this time. Whether his submit page was disabled prior to that, but, it was down from 11am until about 11:15am, then again briefly around 2pm.
