I just found the export link, though it's far from being custom. It's a pre-made text file with everything in the wrong order, plus, their flv URLs don't work in my player.

They have some excellent .flv feeds with up to 3 min of video for each link.

To get the full list go to the 'tube exporter' section and from there you can choose the format for your download.
