Private Domain Registration Policies

Personally I don't really care about domains by proxy or privacy guarded domains. I stopped caring the day a LL owner went apeshit on me for having one, and while doing a little whois digging of my own noticed his LL was on a privacy domain as well.

I've got my own whois info in most of my domains though, on the other hand, I still fail to see the rationale behind the "no privacy domains" rule.

Since now submitters need to send me an ePassporte wire I'm not sure if it still makes sense for me to care anymore.
