Just like others have said, we are not lawyers but I have shot a ton of pov titles for my content sales site with no problems you just need to supply the same 2257 information about yourself as you would the models themselves.
You will have the problem of models thinking your just out to get laid but if you present yourself with class and get a few under your belt and have your site up and running you will have better credentials to present when you try to hire a model for a POV scene. I want to thank the people who offered advice. It is very helpful. I am going to look in craigslist. What adult job boards are good for amateur talent? I am going to shoot with some amateur girls to build my credibility before approaching the model agencies.
