When your internet provider raise the speed

I have a couple friends who have high-speed connections different then mine, one much faster the other slower, but when surfing the web I honestly can't tell the difference between my connection and either of theirs. There is a big difference when downloading videos or large files, though.

I guess it depends on whether you're just viewing pages, or if you're downloading lots of video content or something.

yes thats what i wanted to hear, so i can have the higest speed to download but if the other site dont have that...then my highspeed is not usefull, well and a WARNING....DONT LAUGH, my puter has 40gigs of storage and a speed of 1054mb thing or so..HEAY I SAID DONT LAUGH!!!!!!...for real i have the baddest puter in this house, kids hubby all have about 320 gigs of storage and higher speed thing, but hell it works for me, and i have to make money with it, soooo........ again dont fucking laugh
