It's all over not just the adult sites that are evolving, the whole web seems to be moving towards a more interactive and user friendly model so the average surfer's standards toward what makes a good site must have changed quite a bit from the 90's when link lists and TGP's were it.

I don't build free sites anymore, but I did make OK money off free sites for a while. Now I get more money just by submitting the odd gallery to Pichunter and Freeones than I got when I submitted the same amount to all the big name link lists. I guess it's a full time job and you need that constant traffic from submitting 10 galleries and 2 free sites per day, but who can be fucked with peon work like that.

Lets face it, 99% of the "webmasters" out there can't even code a simple HTML document properly, let alone program or build a decent web site. Maybe they should be punished for polluting the internet with their amateur crap, Google seems to think so.

Sooner or later Google will ban all the tubes

as soon as they see that its hurts their ad dollars .. it will happen

if the people who advertise with Google make less dollars because the market is swamped with free porn then some of them will stop advertising ..

Very true. I run a couple of tubes, one that takes submits, and while I admit to losing a bit of money starting out, tubes done well are a very viable and effective way to make money It's definitely not uncommon for me to pull under 1:100 for really good programs with fresh content on tube traffic. Perfectly legal and legitimate site model, and now a very good earner for me.

Doesn't mean tgp's or linklists are going to be 'taken over', hell many picposts are still around and have some good traffic despite 'being wiped out' by tgps

Let's not give tubes all the credit. When I Google search '[model name] [name of site]' a lot of the time I get back: rapid share links, torrents, and forums where people post complete videos -- and some tubes. It's a fucking smash and grab without the smash.

I am not a freesite submitter but I did want to say one thing.

The community of freesite LLs is relatively small compared to other site types. Every LL has a set of rules and many of those rules are the same. I am sure it would be helpful if some of the bigger lists could get together and word/order their common rules the same (with each lists' unique rules coming at the end). It would ease the submission process and increase the quantity / quality of submits.

You must be getting submit from people not on this board - it's always been a standard rule that the only place that can say "enter" is the enter link.

"enter sponsor name"
then under that it says
"enter another sponsor name"

Tommy - believe me when I say that NONE of the regular's on this board do that. You just have some "tricky" submitters that you need to communicate to & inform them that you don't like those other "enter" links.
