So I guess I can be leaving that out of the sites I build for those in the UK ! Kool to be living in the UK ! I damn sure miss Euro land!

The U.S. government claims extraterritorial jurisdiction with respect to USC 2257. I've read somewhere else that they claim if your sites target Americans then you must comply regardless of where you or your server resides. No one ever said this was practical and or had a sliver of common sense though!
