If her unknown partner will be taking 50% ( I assume that is AFTER expenses) that will leave her somewheres in the 40+% range of sales for her end...Hustler gives her 31% with a huge traffic base

Tough call as with her own sites she "could" take off and make a fortune, or her income could drop to a slow dribble...is she financially stable enough to take a chance?
