Some really good points. I agree that surfers looking at "free-porn" may end up paying for it at some point, it all depends, but if you're used to getting something for free it better blow your socks off to make you want to pay for it.


Monetizing this kind of traffic is sometimes tricky but can be done. Affiliate programs with Free Signup or Trial options are good because you can cater to the "freebie" user. Cams are cool too, because they offer the "free user" something they can't get...a live one-on-one show or a pre-recorded show from a girl they like...ect.

I see plenty of porn sites running CPC (obviously not google) but I'm not sure how profitable in the long run this can be. I know its gratifying to build earning everyday...but it seems like counting pennies to me. Mainstream and Porn...CPC has been a waste of time for me....display or affiliate ads are the way to go.

Just my .02...love the look of the site, you do have a great base to work with and shouldn't have a problem growing the site. Best of luck and let us know how it all turns out.

Well, there is always JuicyAds where people will pay for Ad spots on my website, but I havent tried them yet. I've only had the site for a couple weeks and I decided to try AWW first, so that's what is on there now.

I think what most people are getting at is what is the purpose of this site? No one puts up free porn just because people are looking for free porn. What would be the point of that? Surfers looking for free porn just might buy if they get interested enough. I would put links all over that site to cam sites, dating sites and sign up as an affiliate with some good porn sponsors and link to their sites.

Okay, it seems like most people here so far would agree that putting some type of cam or dating site affiliate links on my website might be the best bet. I will try this soon... there are so many to pick from!

So, do you have proper licenses for the content on the tube site you bought/built? As long as you have paid for the content and cut them up into 13 min vids then you can do whatever you like and I wish ya luck.

As far as I know, my 2257 Compliance Statement and DMCA Notice has that covered, but please correct me if I'm wrong because honestly I'm new to this and not 100% sure about that.

That's exactly right, as of now that's all it is... "counting pennies" haha. I will have to add some affiliate links like you say. Just have to pick one out now. Glad you think the site looks decent. If anything, I will make the header look better once I have some money

Hey I didn't know this. I was always under the impression that juicy ads only offered paid for weekly/monthly spots I didn't know they had a CPM/PPC program which actually seems to be new (well at least to me) as it's in its beta form. I'm not sure if you can sign up as beta tester or whatever or when they'll have the public version available but could be worth looking out. I'll certainly keep that one in mind.
