Yes, I had to look it up. But now that I have, I seem to recall that being used in a case a few years ago against a fairly large sponsor in, of all places, Florida.

There was another mess a few years back when they used interstate commerce(ie. using equipment made in a different state) to try prosecuting in I think Florida.
