I got a rejection for "Site Structure Violation"

Also can you list a few other examples of "site structure" violation? I seem to get them from time to time but havent bothered to make a fuss.

Normally I just accept that my skills suck and move on.

When I reviewed it this morning gallery 2 was off looks like its fixed now. I will get you in for the next update.
