nice sites! what do you use to make the headers?

Cool thanks for the response, I will make up some new recip tables and start submitting towards the end of the week.

ulead photoimpact, If i'm doing a main blog or bigger site I use photoshop. For quick headers photoimpact is pretty cool, it has hundreds of textures, styles and effects that you can apply to any text with just one click. It cost me about £50 I think, I think that is around $80. It also comes with gif animation proggie and can edit .psd files and pretty much every other type of image application file.
