Im not understanding this then, I print out all my signup info for all programs at the time i create my account so that i always have all my login info stored correctly so if i never changed anything why is it that when i go to login it says " Your login information does not match our records." unless someone has removed the account or changed my login info with out telling me ? or did a little troll go and do it all ?
