i can suggest you check out http://www.boundcash.com ...i've been tryiing them out just recently as you can see on this free site(it has 3 of thier sites promoted on it) and the guys running it are very helpful..
http://www.pervyernies.com/caboose/index.html they do seem to basicly fit your criteria there...
