Thumbnail Galleries On Blogs, how do you do it?

I made and submitted blog galleries for a while. I just had an html table with 12 pics. I used the same format with subtle changes, used arles to crop images and then upload them to a folder via ftp. The upload takes too long, this way I just change the image names in the html along with the folders path. Then make a post and throw the code in and bingo.

Takes about 5-10 minutes total, unless you have to make the table, it's a new blog and you have to change sizes of anything, or you have to make banners.
