I think you missed my point. Letting everyone know up front that Egon was a friend that you were helping get started, that you'd set up the domain for him in your name, etc. would have answered all the questions before anyone had a reason to ask.
You had to know that LL owners were going to check the WHOIS, that's standard procedure.
At this point I think everyone is satisfied with the explanation, except for you and Egon, who still have a mad on about being asked about it all.
