Good morning everyone!

Went crabin' with Licker yesterday, got enough for a yummy dinner tonight, I can't wait!

I got our dailys all done, then started my link checker....long over due process. Anyways, I found something interesting in the report about ICRA. I'm sure I'm a day late, and a dollar short on this one, but they are done http://www.icra.org/.

Time to fix some pages now.

Morning all. Just submitting my free site with a 12# cat on my chest. Not sure how she balances there when I'm sitting up.

Glad to hear your leg/feet are feeling better Cleo. Have you tried Arnica Cream? I have used this one before, and it has helped with bruises and arthritis pain. Much better than sucking a chicken's ass. (I knew I had to work that in somewhere).

Just porn and rendering pics planned. Took part of the weekend off, so plan on hitting it hard today. Have a good one.

Never heard of it but a quick Google search shows good reviews. I see that The Vitamin Shop up the street sells it so I may give it a try.
