Morning all
 On Day 2 of my juice fast, and down 2 lbs.  I have to go the "poor man's juicer" route by straining everything out of a blender using a paint strainer bag until I can afford a juicer, but the movie Fat Sick and Nearly Dead seriously inspired me. I'm going to try and do a 30 day fast. Just getting ready to start on my building and submitting. Yesterday, I tried making cat food and not only did that not work very well with the grinder that I had, but after hours of work, no one wanted to eat it.  Oh well, life goes on, lol. Have a good one all!
