New submission form

I believe this was tried by someone around here before with not much luck.

Not that this is a bad thing to try, maybe with the right list it could work.

Okay, so it has been tried before. But I still don't understand why people don't want to try it. I thought current LL concept was on such a decline that it would seem to be reasonable to change things a bit. And submitter won't even have to do any additional work when he's submitting regular recip free sites (at least I always used to create clean site before the recip ones).

I'm not saying that it's a bad idea, I'm actually all for this idea. The reason he sold his sites wasn't the single link on his root page for sure
