I only got a Payoneer due to one sponsor and after a year I still hadn't reached minimum payout so Payoneer closed my account due to my card not being loaded after one year.

If your account reaches an extended period of inactivity, we due temporarily block the account. The payment method would still be active, however, and once you receive a new payment we can re-enable the account (free of charge). There are of course no retroactive fees for doing this, so you can simply receive a new payment and begin using the account.
