I need my body fixed this morning. 11 hours in a kayak out on the water has left me a sunburned sore mess. Everything is still rocking, I'm getting motion sick laying in bed.

Just a day of work planned. I'll be at my desk trying to stay in my office chair which seems to be rocking along with the rest of the room.

Just had my facebook fix, now I'm getting ready to settle down to work. Other then a trip to the store for a few items, porn is all that is on the agenda.
