Morning, It's The 3rd Hump Day Of August 2012.

Afternoon. Just got back a little while ago from dropping a friend at the airport. So sad to see her go.

Now it's time to just get over this hump. Have lots of stuff to handle today. Applied for the HARP program this morning which I should have done ages ago. So hopefully this will go through and my home loan will get modified. That would be just awesome if that happened.

Anyway. Time to get busy with some stuff.

I have one more payment to make on my trial payments, then my loan docs will be sent to me for signing to make my modification permanent. I wish you success, they dropped my payments over $900/month, which was way more than I hoped for.

Yea it's looking good at the moment. However, being self employed requires lots of more fun paper work. So I'm gathering that up today. A neighbor got his done. So I'm feeling positive this time around. I tried before this harp 2.0 thing and I was a little too much underwater.

Yea. Chopping off a chunk of what I pay per month would be awesome. Specially since the lady needs a new car here soon.
