The "What Are You Working On?" Thread

I'm working on a complete overhaul of things. I really need to build a better foundation. I'm slow on it as from before I always told myself while getting it going that I would fix things later. That hasn't happened.

I envision something where I can have my main site still be a master site full of content. Then have another program/app that I can easily deploy hubs based on whatever I want. With more of a master console to control a lot of this. I've gotten pretty good with Django while working on some mainstream projects. Using this I can build out just "apps" that I can plug into my master app. So I can then pick out parts for the sites I'm building.

The main thing will be having all the content living in the same place so it's all pulled from the same place. This will allow for rapid deployment. I think with something like this over time I can really put a dent in things again. This will allow me to work smarter. Scale ideas that work faster to capitalize. I need to be able to spot trends and act faster.

Then I need to also write my linking software that tracks clicks. To start this should be pretty straight forward.

I'm coming out of a haze in my adult projects. I've had so many mainstream ones take off it's been hard to motivate. However, I know it's something I still have a shot at still making good money. I also believe once I get the horse running a lot of things I can begin to pay people to do. Basically just use the programs I've put together.

I'm just rambling I guess. That's where I'm at right now.

Girlfriend site www.bluegirlfriends.com is bit more about surfer's engagement than clicking on ads. But positive thing is that it got PR2 and all category pages PR1 (although it is much younger than my other - not so successfull - sites). The positive thing is that things can be only better - 1-3 sign-ups per month will make this project successfull (as I'm able to manage at least 10 such sites at the same time) ...

I was really, really lucky to be one of the first people to buy site depth, and got an unlimited domain license for it. It powers all my AVS and pay sites for content.

Doesn't help with the free sites, but it helps big time keeping my pay sites updated.

Do you just hand code all of that, or are you using a script to build it? I do like it as a hub, it looks like a thumbs tgp, and I know a lot of them end up ranking near the top for whatever se terms they go for.

I did my first AEBN hosted gallery site (following greenie) yesterday for Classic Porn http://www.bestcybersexpornsites.com...y-be-watching/

The cool thing about this is the movie that the clips are from, there is a good chance that MadHatter did the original box art covers back when he worked for the company in the 80's doing layouts.

He used to chat with Seka all the time at the lunch trucks, lol. Now If I could just build 18 like greenie does and make hubs.... I don't know how you don't go

building 18 of the same kind of site at a time.

The 1st one usually takes me a good 2-3 hours, but after that, it takes about 15 minutes to change the title & description, save & crop new thumbs, swap out the gallery links & edit the enter link URL. Search & Replace is a VERY useful tool

Do you just dive in and try 18 in a niche, without knowing if it will convert? For instance, this is the first time I've built a site for AEBN, let alone for this niche, or do you only start hubbing out sites after you know you can convert it?

I hand coded all of it. Now when I have all templates up it's no pain work.
