Good morning world
 Today is newsletter day so I'll be doing that for the next few hours. I watched Iron Man 3 night before last and thought they could have called it Iron MEN to be more accurate. Damn that dude had a lot of suits. Ridiculous but entertaining does describe it too. Cleo - regarding the treadmill desk idea, one thing you might want to consider is starting with a manual treadmill. I got the Stamina InMotion II from Amazon for around $150 delivered. The good thing is that you can just stop walking and it stops moving. So if you use it with a bare bones stand-up desk you won't have to worry about getting distracted by something you're working on and having your feet pulled out from under you (like all those people in YouTube videos).
