I bought snow cletes over the weekend because the forecast threatened snow in England. We got no snow, but I'm guessing some of you could have used the cleats.

Took my friend's puppy for a walk today (normally I only take the older dog). Boy was he strong - and he is still a puppy, when he is fully grown he will be impossible to stop.

No snow here, but it is cold enough that I put on socks.

Tried to do the gym today but my right knee and leg is hurting like hell so only did 40 minutes. Hopefully it will improve without having to get medical attention.

Other than that just another day of more of the same.
