Unless you have a bloody good pop up blocker, clicking in that page will get you a pop under. 90% of the time that pop under will be a non-adult site selling non-adult products. Thus I am NOT selling my affiliates stuff on an adult site, but getting non adult sales from adult traffic!

Or go to Women In Bondage using privacy software that hides referrer and click on a lot of galleries. About 30% of gallery clicks are skimmed. Non referrer traffic that is skimmed has a 50% chance of being sent to a non-adult site selling non-adult stuff!

In short: Unless you are a bone idle fucker, there is always a way to do it !!!!!!!!!!

Are you Throat? A pity "paycentre" does not also use payoneer and paxum. When you live in an arse end of the world country like I do, PayPal only allows you to send money, not receive.
