You take anything for them? After trying a bunch of scripts, I found that a low dose of Melatonin helps with mine. Like 5 mg is enough to calm them down a little bit

Magnesium seems to help a bit. Also, lots of ibuprofen. But it only happens if I try to walk a lot and it's only with my bad leg.
