Sunday May 8th (aka Milf's Day)

Really sore from overdoing it at a party yesterday.

Also, yesterday I stopped and bought gas at the place that I always buy gas. Car started having black smoke come out the tailpipe and engine started missing and then the check engine light started flashing. Googled the flashing engine light at turns out it means the engine is misfiring. Put a real downer on the party worrying that I was going to have a big car repair bill next week. After the party, I drove to the nearest Chevron and bought a couple bottles of Techron. Put one bottle in and in about 8 miles car started running right with no more issues.



Getting ready to ride my bicycle over to the beach for an Air Show party. Using a bike because driving or parking today is a big expensive mess.

My two main problems at the moment are that database and the fact that I am packing to move, but am not packing fast enough on account of having to work for a living too. Went to bed late last night and kept waking up amid dreams of databases or packing. Got about four hours sleep. So today, about midday, while working on the computer, I passed out and got a couple more hours face down on the keyboard!

Am now eating cheese.

This is Mothers Day right?

I made the family brunch then worked out in the yard for awhile. Sitting back sipping a beer, then shower, and off to do the mom-in-law thing.

Thank goodness Licker is at least making dinner for me tonight
