Sorry, that will mean absolutely nothing to anyone who is not British and over 40 years old. IE, will mean nothing to any of you! I have been fighting with myself since G first posted his reply, but for a Brit it is impossible to resist. There is an inbuilt Pavlovian response that makes us reply to the word "Papa" being said as a question, by responding with "Nicol" as a question. We can no more resist it than we can resist urinating after drinking ten pints of beer. It goes back to an old car advert on British television in the 70's or 80's.
