Good Morning
 Wife is off today as she takes off for the weekend later this afternoon  Have some grunt work to do and of course I need exercise so it will be the  program. On Monday I had the Scorpions workout, Wednesday was the KISS workout, yesterday the UFO workout and today will probably be a Random play list. I'm enjoying my exercise schedule  Have a good Friday! |
