My back is just hanging on as I've work on the flip house for 8 straight days, thou today I only got in 4 hours. Things are coming along slowly but at least moving forward. We had hoped to have it back on market by this weekend but looks like it will the next, or possibly the one after that.

Sitting against a heating pad now and about to do reviews, update an admin and removes a crapload of Pacino Cash shit before passing out.
