Oh WTF Chrome?! (aka THIS IS NOT WHAT I'M USED TO!)

2 years or so ago I went to move a money site to https. Did everything by the book. Traffic took a severe dive. I lost pretty much all my SE positions.

I tried to wait it out but a month later it was not back so I switched back to http and about a day later had my traffic coming back.

I see no reason why a site that does NOT collect data through forms need to have a security certificate. It does not make sense to me at all and when things do not make senses I do not go along.

I will wait it out and see what happens myself.
